Basic Job Functions :
The role of Sales Clerk includes but is not limited to answering incoming phone calls for the commercial department, generating various daily / weekly sales and marketing reports, coordinating customer visits, assisting customer service representatives, and generally assisting with commercial team administration and workload demands.
Minimum Qualifications :
Administrative Assistant experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge or NSAR mill products and capabilities.
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of steel-related business, specifically flat rolled sheet market.
